PE... This weeks learning in PE focuses on jumping.

 

Can you learn how to do the long jump and triple jump correctly, practising and improving your personal best throughout the week?

 

The Lancashire school games organisers have been busy putting together some home PE resources for us over half term.

There will be one of these each week.

It might take a bit of getting used to as there is lots of information but the intention is that the children do a little bit of PE each day. Using the learn and then challenge sections.

 

The move and play sections give you further ideas on how to be physically active each day at home.
